Edgewood Fancy Stitched Girth w/Sheepskin (2-end elastic)

Edgewood offers one of the finest handcrafted girths on the market today.  The top of each girth is manufactured from the same quality cowhide as Edgewood strapwork and fancy stitched.

The interior of this quality girth is constructed from thick, 7/16" felt laid over a length of nylon webbing which is sewn-in to prevent stretching. Sewing the nylon webbing in place adds additional strength to the girth.  A nylon-reinforcing strap is sewn into each buckle chape to prevent buckles from tearing. Billets are elastic on both ends.

The inside felt and reinforcing webbing is then covered with an overlay of the highest quality top grain leather and sewn into place with heavy-gauge thread.  The inside is padded in soft, plush, pure-white sheepskin.
